Siosiua has had more than 15 years in the manufacturing and service industries in Australia encompassing operational, technical services, training and business management consulting. He is a qualified Industrial Chemist, Project Manager, Management Consultant as well as a Registered Migration Agent.

His qualifications include a BSc and an MBA from the University of Western Australia with specialist skills in project valuation, strategic planning and business development. Specialisation in organisational change management, contracts management and small business management. He has also completed the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice from Murdoch University.
